||May is National Brain Tumor Awareness Month. In honor of the over 700,000 people in the United States living with a primary brain tumor, several of which have connections to the Newfound area, we are holding a fundraiser 5K to raise money for the National Brain Tumor Society.
It’s all in the details….
Go Gray in May 5K will be held in Kelley Park Bristol, NH. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and race start time will be 9:00 a.m. Prizes will be awarded to fastest overall male and female. This is a 3.1 mile course that will be timed by Granite State Race Services. Participants can choose to run or walk the event. Participants with dogs and strollers will be asked to start at the back of the runners, and dogs will need to be leashed and in control throughout the event.
From I-93 turn onto Rt 104 West and follow approximately 4.5 miles into downtown Bristol. Take right onto North Main Street in center of town (This One Way street runs in front of the entrance to TD Bank). Parking is available in designated parking spots along North Main, the parking lot on right on the corner of Mayhew Street and at Newfound Memorial Middle School.
The location of the race start/finish will be in Kelley Park Bristol, NH.
